Deal Lake Tower is a 110 unit 12 story high-rise building located at 510 Deal Lake Drive, Asbury Park, NJ.  The association is self managed.  The official name of the association is the Deal Lake Tower Homeowners Association, Inc.  Each unit has a balcony of approximately 100 square feet.  The Association has garage parking for 45 vehicles and an outside parking deck which accommodates 45 vehicles.  The common areas include an outside pool which is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, a laundry room, a community room for private parties, meetings and events, as well as a lobby area in the style of a sitting room.  The building has two elevators.  Access to the building is controlled by an electronic security system with each resident having a uniquely coded entrance device.  The building also features indoor bicycle storage, surfboard storage and storage lockers.
